Charlie found his way to DRA, at 4 months of age his owner had an accident and was unable to walk him.
Knowing Charlie needed to be socialised, he needed to be exposed to the big wide world. Charlie has settled in wonderfully with ease in his new home. His big sister Ivy was there to show him the ropes. Non stop playing and zoomies in the backyard. Charlie has some older children to keep him entertained. His former owner is delighted to see her boy so happy and content. He is getting the daily enrichment all dachshunds need.Charlie is going to be attending doggy daycare once a week. He will meet Ivy's playmates there and socialise with other fur friends.
Charlie has a lovely temperament It's a delight to see him thrive in his new home. DRA are very grateful for new adopters putting in the time and care to welcome these little dogs in need.
