Meet Dennis 🩵

Dennis is a gorgeous dachshund looking for a loving forever home that truly understands the wonderful quirks and traits of the breed. He would thrive in a dachshund experienced or knowledgeable home where his new family can provide the guidance, companionship and lifestyle that suits him best.

Dennis is good with children and is very much part of the family life. He currently sleeps in bed with one of the children and loves being close to his humans. At the end of the day, he’ll happily curl up on the lounge beside you for a cuddle and relax with his family.

Dennis would like to find a home with someone around the home more often than not.  He has recently not been getting on well with another resident dog in the home, however he would benefit from another friendly dachshund companion to keep him company when his owners are out. He also enjoys getting out and about and would benefit from regular walks and continued exposure to the world around him. Like many dachshunds, Dennis can sometimes be vocal and a little protective while out walking, so he will need an owner who understands typical dachshund behaviours and can continue providing calm guidance and reassurance.

Dennis is looking for a home that will embrace him as a true family member and provide him with the love, companionship and understanding that dachshunds need to thrive. In return, he will offer plenty of affection, loyalty and companionship to the lucky family who welcomes him into their home.
