A  Little Long-Haired with a big personality!

Noah is a young long-haired dachshund bursting with life, mischief, energy and curiosity, he approaches the day in top gear and a strong desire to be right in the middle of it all!

This little man absolutely adores attention and will happily make himself the centre of your universe if allowed. Because of this, Noah is looking for an adopter who is home for much of the day and willing to put in the time and consistency needed to guide him. His cuteness is undeniable, but he’ll need someone who can set clear boundaries and not let those puppy-dog eyes rule the house!

Noah has been living with a more senior dachshund who finds his playful antics a bit overwhelming, so a home with a younger, like-minded dachshund or small breed  companion (one who enjoys a game and some fun) would suit him far better.

When it comes to the outside world, Noah is still finding his feet. He can be shy when meeting new people and currently isn’t comfortable around children, on walks he becomes nervous around other dogs sometimes showing reactive behaviour. With patience, gentle training, and commitment, Noah has all the potential to grow into a confident and well-mannered companion, he is young and has the ability to learn.

At home, he is incredibly loving and forms strong bonds with his people. He thrives on connection, affection, and being involved in daily life. A secure garden where he can run, play, and burn off some of that youthful energy would make him very happy.

Noah will absolutely steal your heart, but he’s not without his challenges. The right adopter will understand the time and love needed.

Noah when settled will become a deeply devoted, loving and enormous part of your life.
