Buzz (9 mths) Perth
We have recently adopted 9 month old Buzz through Dachshunds Rescue Australia. After seeing Buzz advertised on DRA website we submitted our application and within a few weeks we received a call from Deanne asking if we would like to meet him. Deanne provided a lot of information about him, his background and behaviour, and later that week we met him and agreed to take him home. Being still a puppy, Buzz was very exited to meet us and explore our home, running around the yard and chasing after his toys. Over the coming weeks we have seen Buzz settle into routines including regular walks and sleeping in his own bed, as well as many cuddles on the couch as he can. Our home now feels more complete with Buzz in it and the joy he brings to all who meet him. Would highly recommend DRA when choosing to adopt a pet for your home.
Enzo (4yrs 9mths) Melbourne
Our little Enzo. The newest and cuddliest member of our family. He may be small, but he has brought with him a truck load of love and affection. Whether he's fetching his ball, wrestling his teddy, or laying between my son and I while we watch a movie, there is never a dull moment with this funny love bug around.
A huge thank you to DRA for their kindness, support and relentless pursuit to find each dachshund their forever home. My family and I are truly grateful you chose us to be Enzo's. ❤️🐾
