Evenings are filled with cuddles, as Tulip’s new family treasures her snuggly personality and loves having her by their side all night long. They’ve also been diligent with her training, setting her up for success by maintaining consistency and keeping tempting items out of reach. Her family understands her playful and sometimes mischievous nature, and they’ve created a safe, loving environment where she can thrive. Annie Brisbane QLD

Annie was a much-loved family pooch. She is also a little bit of a guts. When little humans arrived, she would follow toddlers around and snack on dropped food. Unfortunately, this gave Annie an upset stomach. This happen all too frequently and trips to the vet. The decision was made for Annie to be in a home where they could monitor her food. The adopter is a well-known within the DRA community and she took Annie into her home and heart. Both have their springs back. Annie enjoys small strolls around the neighbourhood and Michelle is super vigilant that Annie only eats the special intestinal kibble that was vet recommended. We are very grateful to Michelle and because of her Annie can have a relaxed quiet life enjoying one on one time with a very caring owner.

Ziggy’s journey to happiness was a long and challenging one, but his resilience shone through every step. After being abandoned, he spent over three weeks in bushland before being rescued, weak and suffering from a paralysis tick. His survival was uncertain, but against the odds, Ziggy pulled through. In foster care, he received rehabilitation and simple training, slowly regaining his strength. Now, Ziggy has found his forever home, where he’s adored by his new family and shares a special bond with his best buddy, Foxy the Pomeranian. His once uncertain future is now filled with love and joy.
