Frankie girl

Franky has found her perfect forever home, and it’s everything she needed to thrive! Her new family has embraced her boundless energy and adventurous spirit, ensuring she stays safe while exploring the world around her. They’ve created an environment filled with stimulation, with plenty of space in a big backyard for her to run, play, and sunbathe to her heart’s content. Franky now has a canine sibling to share her days with, giving her the social companionship she adores. Her family keeps her busy with interactive toys, puzzle games, and her favorite lick mats and stuffed kongs, ensuring she’s mentally and physically engaged. With a flexible schedule, her new family spends quality time with her, from off-leash ball games to evening walks and car rides. They’ve provided the structure, love, and patience she needs to feel secure and fulfilled. Franky is thriving in her new life, surrounded by everything she loves!

Rosie – Melbourne

Rosie is now 4 months old and is so loved and adored by our family of 4. From the moment we met her at just 10 weeks, she bonded with our children straight away. Rosie loves to sleep in her crate at night, sleeps soundly all night and is happy to be woken by the kids in the morning. Rosie is attending puppy school at the moment and is loving the puppy socialisation and learning some commands. She has little sharp teeth (as expected) that kids have learnt to manage with getting her a chew toy and placing in her mouth when needed. Since she was little, we have been letting her explore the backyard alone in her own space, now we are able to leave her home alone in short burst with no problem. Rosie loves to go on a little walk and also has loved visiting the beach! Andrea has been an amazing help right from the start, with advice on what was needed with a new pup and continued support and checking in along the way. We feel very lucky to have Rosie our rescue pup and appreciate the amazing, dedicated volunteers at Dachshund Rescue Australia for making this possible. Rosie was one of Summer's pups.
